Don't Shy Away

Your invalidated emotions will find a way to express themselves; usually through unexplained pains, sleep problems, digestive issues.

Don't Hide

Don't brush your emotions under the rug; it will only get mouldy there and eventually they'll be breathing in those poisonous spores.

Be Authentic

The true, authentic you is what your kids NEED to see! They will understand that they won't be judged for feeling the big feels.
